Roller Tender

The Roller Tender is responsible for setting up materials for press operations and supporting equipment operators with adjustments, testing, and conversions on all converting-related machinery. This role helps maintain department integrity by ensuring consistent quality and adherence to operational standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up materials for press and converting operations.

• Assist equipment operators with machine adjustments, tests, and conversions.

• Verify and communicate product specifications and work standards to ensure accurate production.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work environment in accordance with department standards.

• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Willing and able to work evenings, weekends, and overtime as needed.

• Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check.
