- Apply primers, paints and other coatings using spray guns, brushes, or rollers
- Operate and maintain painting equipment
- Mixes paints and other solutions and monitors drying to ensure desired results
- Mix and match paint to specified color and consistency
- Inspect painted surfaces for uniformity, coverage, and finish quality
- Perform touch-ups or corrections as needed
- Ability to lift/push/pull up to 50 pounds or more
- Must be able to climb ladders and wear a full-face respirator
- Attention to detail and quality is necessity; TRAIL-EZE focuses on preventing defects and imperfections from ever reaching the customer
- Must have strong decision-making skills and a high level of self-motivation
- Requires a high school diploma.
- Typically requires 3-5 years of related experience, but open to training select individuals.
