Whittier Lofts

We welcome you to an Open House at 32,000-square-foot Whittier Lofts so you can see for yourself our progress in completing and renting renovated office space and residential loft apartments in the Mitchell’s historic Whittier School building, originally built in 1935. During the Open House, attendees may tour the complex and visit the offices of Ciavarella Design architectural firm, and various occupied and unrented loft apartments ranging from studio to three-bedroom units. Owners of Whittier Lofts are Brad and Karol Ciavarella, and Ross and Amber Determan.

To date, of the 19 loft apartments at Whittier Lofts, seven have been rented, three will be finished soon and renovation of four will begin shortly.
