Shelby Jo Legacy Barrel Race

The Shelby Jo Hohn Legacy Barrel Race, sanctioned by the NBHA, welcomes riders of all ages with Pee Wee, Youth, and Open divisions. This family-friendly event will be held on Friday, July 5th, and on-site registration is open until 9:45 AM that morning. Exhibitions begin at 8:30 and the silent auction begins at 9:00 AM featuring over 90 items for all interests. The barrel race starts at 10:00 AM, followed by stick horse barrel racing at 11:00 AM for young cowpokes without horses. Guests are invited to enjoy delicious options from the food truck and coffee trailer throughout the day. Following the event join us for a Praise Worship. All proceeds from this special event will go toward scholarship opportunities for students attending Southeast Technical College in Early Childhood Education. Bring the whole family and be part of honoring the beautiful soul behind the legacy.
