Pre-Legislative Luncheon
Please join us for the pre-legislative luncheon featuring David Owen, President of the South Dakota Chamber of Commerce & Industry. The luncheon is sponsored by the Mitchell Area Chamber of Commerce Governmental Affairs Committee.
David Owen will provide a preview of the 2013 Legislative session and provide an explanation from the November election regarding referred laws and initiated measures.
