Mitchell Day at the Legislature

The Chamber of Commerce Government Affairs Committee is participating in another Mitchell Day at the Legislature! Held this year on Thursday, February 15, participants from the Leadership Mitchell class, Chamber and Development Corporation, and other interested parties will be spending the day at our State Capitol. 

The goal of this event is to showcase the Mitchell community and show our appreciation to our 105 state legislators. We will plan on sitting in on legislative committee meetings in the morning, providing lunch to our legislators from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. inside the President's & Speaker's Lobbies, and hear from a number of speakers on issues related to housing, economic development, health, and more in the afternoon!
