LEAN 101 Training
This interactive session explores the fundamentals of Lean through a unique simulation process. Participants gain a better understanding of the value of Lean by acting out a company’s transition to Lean
using a learn-and-do approach.
- Lean concepts introduced in this session include:
- Identifying waste
- Creating a visual workplace
- Consistency through Standardized Work
- Improved Capacity through Batch Size Reduction
- Benefits of Pull Systems
The knowledge gained from this workshop enables participants to kickstart a journey to Lean Bronze Certification and/or Lean Leadership for Supervisors.
The Lean Bronze Certification Exam Prep program will be offered in Mitchell beginning August 2025
