Free Flue Vaccine Clinic
For all children 6 months through 18 years of age.
Adult vaccine is also available for adults accompanying a child but only a limited supply is available. (There is no administration fee & no cost for the vaccine)

Parental consent is required. Consent forms will be available for parents to fill out at the clinic. Parents can also fill out the form ahead of time if they're unable to attend with their child. Forms may be obtained at doh.sd.gov/diseases/assets/Consent-Live-Flu-Vaccine.pdf or at the Community Health Office at 1420 North Main in Mitchell. Forms completed in advance and brought to the clinic will decrease time required for vaccination.
