Exploring Archery
Learn the basics of becoming an archer using a compound bow. This event is open to youth ages 10 and up. Topics covered include parts of a bow, maintenance, range safety, and proper shooting technique. You will then get to practice your marksmanship on 3D targets! All gear will be provided but feel free to bring your own. Program runs from 1-3 PM Saturday, Nov 6, 2021 at the Stump Shooters Archery Range on Airport Road, Mitchell Event sponsored by SD Game Fish & Parks Outdoor Campus and the James River Chapter of South Dakota Youth Hunting Adventures.
