DWU Moon Eclipse Party
Dakota Wesleyan University will host a Moon Eclipse Party on Sunday, Jan. 20, 2019. Join Dr. Michael Farney, professor of mathematics and Dr. Joan Lubben, associate professor of mathematics, for FAR OUT refreshments, activities, and an exclusive preview of the short 1902 film, “A Trip to the Moon,” directed by Georges Méliès. If skies are clear, the eclipse will begin at 9:33 p.m. with a total eclipse achieved at 10:41 p.m. This event is weather permitting.
