Blue and White Days Parade
Dakota Wesleyan University will be celebrating their Homecoming week with the annual Blue and White Days Parade at 10 a.m., on Sept. 30. The theme for this year is "The 90's" which can be anything from bands to TV shows to fashion and movies.
