Avera Queen of Peace to Host Advocate for Patients with Parkinson’s Disease

Patients diagnosed with Parkinson?s Disease, their caregivers, and health care workers are invited to a special event at Avera Queen of Peace Hospital. Patient advocate Cathy DeLave, RN, BSN, will be speaking in the hospital?s Community Room on Monday, Oct. 10 at 2 p.m. DeLave, a special guest of the Avera Queen of Peace Parkinson?s Disease Support Group, is an advocate with the free AbbVie Parkinson?s Disease Advocate Program. Registration is not required for this event, and refreshments will be served.
